Retac El Arish Hotel was pleased to host members of the faculty and students from the Faculty of Home Economics at Al-Arish University, Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences. The visit was led by Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Khalil and Dr. Iman Al-Haggar, accompanied by Assistant Lecturers Asmaa Al-Azraq, Abeer Ashraf, and Alaa Mostafa, who guided and supported the students throughout the visit.

During the program, students received hands-on practical training in collaboration with the management of Retac El Arish Hotel, covering key academic subjects including field training, meal planning, and food preparation. The initiative aimed to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world hospitality practices, enriching the students’ educational experience.

The visit also included a special celebration honoring Assistant Lecturer Heba Galal on the occasion of her achievement in obtaining a Master’s degree in Nutrition, adding a joyful and memorable moment to the day.
